Funeral director - business owners

You can login here with the same details you’ve been provided with to access your Funeral Director Agreement and Funeral Plan Handbook at partners.goldencharter.co.uk. If you have any problems logging in, please click here and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Once you have access to the updated site, you will be able to create accounts for members of your staff by using the new Staff Manager feature.

Funeral director staff

To get access to the updated mygoldencharter.co.uk site the funeral director business owner has to create your account using the new Staff Manager feature. Once you have been given access, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your password.

Updated features include:

Staff Manager: with this feature you can give access to the portal to your staff and control which features they can access. You will be required to update information about any staff who work for your company in selling or administering our plan and the branches they cover. You can then manage the information they have access to on the system.

Switch between multiple branches with just one account.

Improved performance and security.

Updated paperless applications: including a payment option (Stripe) that allows your customers to make secure card payments online.
